Job Description
- Role overview: The MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- good understanding of core F&O modules such as:
- HR & Payroll General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Fixed Assets Inventory Management
- Experience with system implementation configuration workflows and personalization.
- Support testing activities including UAT testing and batch validation.
- Maintain system documentation including process flows configuration logs and training materials.
- Train end-users and provide guidance on best practices.
- Familiarity Azure DevOps and Power Platform tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using D365 F&O capabilities.
- Ability to work in teamwork and collaboratively
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the operational aspects of implemented ERP systems including system upgrades and enhancements.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Information Systems Accounting or a related field.
- Having a certification in MS Dynamics is a plus
