An Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients and managing the workforce. This role involves strategic planning resource management and fostering a positive work environment to meet the companys operational goals and client needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations including workforce management client communication and service delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and improve service quality.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets allocate resources and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues.
- Workforce Management: Recruit train and manage staff including performance management and career development.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage operational budgets track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in operations management preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in resource management and budgeting.
