Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsiblefor the power architecture and electrical design of advanced power conversionsystems including AC/DC and DC/DC stages protection circuits and controlinterfaces. Ensures electrical safety electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) andcost-effective product realization through optimized component selection andcollaboration with global suppliers.

• Define system topologyvoltage/current ratings and protection schemes for high-voltage power systems(e.g. 400 V / 800 V platforms)
• Select and validate keycomponents such as IGBTs SiC modules DC contactors filters and sensors
• Design LCL filters groundingand shielding structures to meet EMC/EMI compliance requirements
• Develop detailed schematicswiring diagrams and interconnect drawings using professional CAD tools
• Collaborate with mechanicaland thermal design teams on busbar layout creepage/clearance and coolinginterfaces
• Support product certificationand regulatory compliance processes (e.g. IEC EN UL standards)
• Participate in prototypebring-up testing validation and debugging power conversion systems

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in electronicdesign tools such as Altium Designer EPLAN or OrCAD
• Practical experience withhigh-voltage (>1000 VDC) and high-current (>300 A) systems
• Strong understanding of gatedriver circuits snubber networks pre-charge and protection circuits
• Knowledge of electrical safetystandards (e.g. IEC 60664 EN 50178) and energy measurement principles
• Ability to work with diverseglobal component ecosystems and multi-regional suppliers

Required Experience:

• Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering Computer Science Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 6 years of experience inpower electronics development (e.g. converters inverters energy systems orelectric mobility)
• Background in automotiverenewable energy industrial power systems or energy storage applications
• Proven collaboration withfirmware and control teams during system integration and validation phases
