ملخص الوظيفة
The I&C engineer junior will be attached to the maintenance planner; his role is to relive and discharge the team leader in his duties and work closely with him
Essential function and responsibilities:
Prepare the planning of the day-to-day operations of the maintenance activity including PM & CM job
Attend the Daily Permit to Work Meeting in order to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed with related safety plans prepared.
Onsite job tracking in order to define required means / resources on time.
Pending job tracking (To be planned waiting material waiting laboretc.).
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules (preventive maintenance plan with related job plan)
Log Work Order job details (working hours quick report) on the CMMS
KPI tracking (using rate PM/CM ratio execution rate costsetc.)
Weekly & monthly maintenance activity reports prepare
Predictive maintenance implementation for strategic rotating & static assets
Maintenance MOC/Projects tracking
Qualifications :
Diploma in Instrumentation and control discipline
Ability to work per priority dealing with complexity and result driven
Willingness to learn Analytical skills
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptability Emotional intelligence Team player Creativity Collaboration.
Time management Critical observation and thinking Attention to detail Initiative Organized.
