Hiring: Procurement Lead / Procurement Manager
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Experience: 5 years in procurement or category operations preferably in food delivery or F&B
Notice Period: Immediate / Transferable Iqama only
About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing tech-enabled food delivery platform operating across major cities in Saudi Arabia. Backed by a global digital ecosystem the company is scaling rapidly and is focused on operational excellence local partnerships and seamless customer experience. They are seeking a Procurement Lead to manage and optimize procurement operations across the Kingdom with a strong focus on food category vendors and restaurant partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement planning and sourcing aligned with regional demand and promotional campaigns
- Identify and onboard vendors restaurants and food partners across cities
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts while maintaining supplier performance
- Monitor SKU assortment vendor fill rates lead times and price adherence
- Collaborate closely with logistics operations marketing and finance teams
- Analyze procurement data to drive cost control and supplier optimization
- Ensure compliance with procurement SOPs and local regulations
- Support the launch of new cuisine categories and food offerings across key regions
Requirements
- 5 years experience in procurement or category operations preferably in food delivery or F&B
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience working with procurement tools or ERP systems
- Strong analytical mindset Excel and reporting proficiency required
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a must
- Citizen/Transferable Iqama is mandatory
