We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to establish optimize and oversee our QA processes and automation frameworks. This role is crucial in setting the foundation for a high-functioning QA team ensuring robust test strategies and driving automation-first testing approaches.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on test automation.
Proven experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium Cypress Katalon and hands-on knowledge of automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of test case design execution and defect tracking.
Expertise in assertions retry scenarios execution scheduling and automation stability techniques.
In-depth knowledge of SDLC QA methodologies and risk-based testing approaches.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows.
Strong problem-solving analytical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
