- Assist in the development and implementation of goals policies priorities and procedures relating to financial management budget accounting and/or payroll
- Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports
- Direct the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Implement and monitor control systems to prevent fraud and manage resources
- Prepare and review budget revenue expense payroll entries invoices and other accounting documents
- Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff vendors and clients
- Resolve accounting discrepancies
- Recommend develop and maintain financial databases computer software systems and manual filing systems
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
- Assist in the management of the department budget and forecasts
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an assistant director of finance finance manager in luxury hotel
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
