ملخص الوظيفة

As a  B2B Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving growth in the B2B segment by identifying opportunities closing deals with developers corporate clients and businesses and building strong long-term partnerships. You will manage end-to-end sales processes for B2B projects ensuring clients receive customized solutions that align with Homzmarts offerings and commercial objectives..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities with developers corporate clients real estate companies and institutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers procurement teams and project managers.

  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client requirements for large-scale furnishing and home solutions.

  • Lead contract negotiations pricing discussions and commercial agreements to ensure win-win outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (procurement logistics operations and finance) to deliver projects on time and within scope.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B space.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned B2B sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

  • Provide regular reports and insights on pipeline project progress and account performance.

  • Represent Homzmart in B2B exhibitions networking events and client meetings.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.

  • 12 years of experience in B2B sales corporate partnerships or project sales (experience in furniture or e-commerce is a plus).

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-scale deals.

  • Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and design customized solutions.

  • Strong business acumen and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
