Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Purchaser to handle outdoor procurement activities for Leisure. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to source materials efficiently and ensure timely delivery. This is a temporary role suitable for candidates who can adapt quickly and perform independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily outdoor purchasing of materials supplies and equipment as per company requirements.

Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.

Verify specifications and compare prices ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Maintain accurate purchase records and receipts.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and timelines.

Ensure timely delivery and follow up with vendors for pending orders.

Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Maintain compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Valid Qatar light motor vehicle driving license (manual gear) is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of local markets and suppliers.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day 1-hour lunch break
Work Days: 6 days per week (1 day off)
Salary: QARper month
Car and Fuel: Provided by the company (Leisure)
Food Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by Swan Global
Employment Type: Temporary (under Swan Payroll)
