- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Fairmont Standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
- Comply at all times with Accor standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Sort all hotel linen according to type color size.
- Sort and stretch food and beverage linen.
- Operate ironer to press food and beverage linen.
- Size and stack food and beverage linen for distribution to departments.
- Pre-treat all stained or rusted linen before washing.
- Wash and dry sorted laundry.
- Wash/iron employees uniforms.
- Take daily count of all hotel linens.
- Check count against linen requisitions.
- Clean work area.
- Sort dirty linen.
- Other duties as required.
