The Opportunity: Your Role as a Technical Support Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated energetic and technically minded professional based in Lebanon to join our international Helpdesk team.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for global telecom clients providing fast accurate and effective support for technical issues. You will help troubleshoot network and software problems manage incident tickets and maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external clients.
This is a fully remote position perfect for individuals eager to develop their career in technical support within an international and fast-paced environment.
Tasks
- Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 assistance via email chat and phone for network software and server-related issues. Troubleshoot DNS SSL FTP and other network protocols.
- Incident Management: Log track and manage support tickets in internal systems; escalate unresolved issues with detailed diagnostic information.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear proactive and professional communication with international clients during issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation; identify recurring problems and suggest practical improvements.
- Project & Task Tracking: Support internal projects and initiatives ensuring deadlines and deliverables are followed and tracked efficiently.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- 12 years of experience in technical support helpdesk or telecom/IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong technical understanding familiarity with networking concepts software and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Proficient in CRM systems ticketing tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Lebanon with a reliable remote work setup.
- Highly motivated detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
- Certifications such as CCNA CompTIA Network or equivalent.
- Experience with telecom systems (VoIP 5G SD-WAN).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong internet research skills and a curiosity for learning new technical tools and systems.
