Key Responsibilities: Automation Process Improvement & Systems Integration
- Analyse existing business processes and work with teams to identify and prioritise automation opportunities.
- Design develop and deploy automation solutions using industry-leading tools and scripting languages.
- Integrate automation workflows with internal systems and third-party applications via APIs.
- Monitor automated processes resolve technical issues and maintain high system uptime.
- Document technical specifications prepare clear user instructions and offer training to internal stakeholders.
- Support regular reviews of automation outcomes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends in automation technologies and suggest best practice adoption.
Required Skills & Experience: Automation Tools Analytical Thinking Digital Transformation
- 1 year of hands-on experience working in an automation-focused or technical support capacity (Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Competency with automation platforms such as UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism or alternatives.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python JavaScript) and working knowledge of APIs.
- Analytical mindset strong troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver innovative solutions independently or in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to document complex technical concepts in a user-friendly way.
