We are looking for HR Executive who is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations recruitment employee relations and maintaining HR records to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment process (job posting screening interviews and onboarding)
Handle HR operations for both local and expatriate staff
Maintain employee records HR databases and payroll inputs
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and visa regulations
Coordinate with Public Relations Officer and government authorities for work permits and documentation
Address employee queries and grievances professionally
QualificationsQualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
24 years of HR experience preferred
Good knowledge of Omani labor law and visa procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
