ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for a project coordinator to support daily project operations by managing tasks ensuring quality and maintaining client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Accept run and submit tasks daily ensuring adherence to projecttimelines and client expectations.
- Oversee project quality assurance by coordinating with linguists and promptly addressing feedback to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Create new projects in the project management system (Raspberry) as required
- Manage and close purchase orders (POs) for each submitted task to ensure proper documentation and billing.
- Respond to client emails promptly ensuring efficient communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in translation linguistics or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in software and tools; fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
