- Conduct partner onboarding training and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive pipeline velocity through joint marketing and incentive campaigns.
- Sales Leadership timely product availability demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales marketing logistics and finance.
- Ensure precision in forecasting and CRM data to support agile decision-making and sales planning.
- Oversee commercial negotiations and large-scale deployment planning.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.
- 10 years in IT distribution with leadership roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven success in managing volume business across B2B and B2C channels.
- Strong vendor management negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools (SAP).
Preferred Attributes:
Candidates with exposure to GCC channel dynamics multilingual fluency and hands-on experience with brands like Samsung Logitech TP-Link and similar will be prioritized.
