Position: Quantity Surveyor Technical Services
Location: Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC)
Duration: 4 Months (Extendable)
Start Date: 2 Positions Immediate Remaining 4 Positions By 30th October
FAT: Negotiable
Job Description:
We are seeking highly experienced Quantity Surveyors Technical Services to join our team for an ongoing project at Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC). The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Turnaround (TA) and Shutdown (SD) projects with strong technical and planning expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review quantity take-offs cost estimates and progress measurements.

Support technical and planning teams during TA/SD project execution.

Monitor project budgets cost control and progress reporting.

Coordinate with engineering planning and procurement departments for project deliverables.

Validate and certify subcontractor and vendor invoices.

Manage variations claims and final account settlement.

Generate and maintain documentation in SAP (PM Module).

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Oil & Gas industry.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Turnaround (TA) and Shutdown (SD) projects.
-
Hands-on experience with MS Project or Primavera (P6).

Strong proficiency in SAP particularly Project Management (PM) Module.

Excellent analytical numerical and communication skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Additional Information:

Candidates must be available to join immediately for the first two positions.

Remaining candidates should be available by 30th October.

Contract duration is 4 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
