Key Responsibilities:

Manage maintain and optimize building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical equipment.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all facilities.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure quality work and timely completion.
Prepare reports on facility operations maintenance activities and budgets.
Support energy management and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering (or related field).
Proven experience as a Facilities Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance practices and safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Good communication problem-solving and team management skills.
