Workplace: 1000 RabatWhat to expect:
- As a Senior Engineer you will be responsible for guiding a team of Test Engineers in the planning execution and delivery of test activities for complex automotive electronic systems. Youll act as the key technical interface between development testing and project management to ensure high-quality and on-time results in line with automotive industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of Test Engineers in all technical aspects of testing activities.
- Define the overall test strategy and ensure alignment with system requirements.
- Review and approve test specifications test cases and test reports.
- Oversee the setup configuration and maintenance of HiL test benches.
- Ensure test automation frameworks (e.g. EXAM ) are effectively used and continuously improved.
- Collaborate closely with system engineers software developers and project managers.
- Drive root cause analysis for critical issues and provide technical guidance for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and industry-specific standards (e.g. ISO 26262 ASPICE).
- Monitor team performance support resource planning and support competence development.
What you bring along:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Mechatronics or a related field.
- Several years of experience in testing in the automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN LIN FlexRay Ethernet).
- Deep hands-on experience with test tools like CANoe CANape EXAM and diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
- Proven leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in English German is nice to have.
