Valid QID & Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License (Manual)
Good knowledge of local routes traffic rules and regulations.
Basic communication skills in English (and other relevant languages if needed).
Punctual reliable and with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
Responsible for safely operating a light vehicle to transport staff documents and goods as required by the office.
Drive company light vehicles to transport employees visitors and goods to designated locations.
Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials.
Deliver and collect documents packages and other office items as required.
Always adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations
Keep the vehicle clean both inside and out.
Perform regular checks on the vehicles condition (oil water tires lights brakes etc.).
Report any accidents vehicle issues or required maintenance to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain a daily log of vehicle mileage fuel consumption and service records.
Assist with basic office errands when not driving.
