ملخص الوظيفة
As a Senior Site Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site engineering aspects of residential construction projects. This includes supervising finishing works coordinating with subcontractors and consultants and ensuring that the project is delivered according to the highest quality standards within budget and on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction.
- Proficient in Auto CAD MS Office; knowledge of project planning tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of quality control and safety regulations.
- Experience in site supervision and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Familiar with material take-offs and quantity surveying.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
