Role Summary:
The Business Development Intern is responsible for driving business growth managing projects and delivering high-quality proposals and solutions across multiple sectors. This role involves business development RFP preparation project planning and coordination client engagement reporting and proposal illustration ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
Business Development & Sales
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.
Conduct market research to uncover potential business development prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients industry professionals and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
Draft review and build proposals in response to RFPs ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational capabilities.
Send proposals to clients negotiate terms and costs and support contract development.
Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance visibility and attract new business.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitors and digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and illustrate building/project proposals with strong visualization skills ensuring clarity creativity and alignment with client needs.
Develop conceptual designs layouts and illustrations that communicate architectural or project ideas effectively in proposals and presentations.

Project Planning & Coordination
Support and lead planning scheduling coordination and execution of projects programs and activities.
Develop project schedules budgets and deliverable timelines.
Track expenditures and manage budgets in alignment with project plans.
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Maintain updated records project files and reports before during and after execution.
Prepare progress reports performance updates and presentations for senior management and clients.
Oversee proper use of technology for project operations (e.g. video conferencing presentations hybrid setups).
Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Establish and maintain effective client communication via email phone meetings and social media.
Coordinate and arrange client events meetings appointments and conferences.
Represent the company at internal and external committees meetings and industry events.
Attend client and stakeholder meetings prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM) agendas and follow up on action items.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports for management and clients.
Track submitted proposals and RFPs and provide feedback to management.
Maintain accurate and updated records databases and client mailing lists.
Prepare briefing documents cost estimates and other supporting materials for internal and external use.
Operations & Support
Provide effective administrative support for business development and project activities.
Support growth initiatives program development and action planning.
Manage company communications through media relations social media and in-person interactions.
Help foster positive internal and external relationships.
Support the team with day-to-day operations and additional tasks as required.
Flexibility & Commitment
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration Marketing Management Economics Archericture or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development sales marketing and client relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of business concepts market research and proposal writing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn adaptable and proactive in handling tasks.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
