Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Creative Content Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for a storyteller who brings ideas to life through video production photography and content creation. You will play a key role in developing engaging visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms and marketing channels.

Content Creation & Strategy

o Plan conceptualize and produce creative content aligned with marketing campaigns brand identity and business goals.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.

o Ensure consistency of visual identity and tone across all media.

Videography & Editing

o Shoot and edit high-quality videos for campaigns events social media and corporate needs.

o Develop video storyboards scripts and concepts that bring brand narratives to life.

o Manage post-production processes including motion graphics sound design and color grading.

Photography

o Capture professional photos for events campaigns product launches and internal documentation.

o Maintain a library of original photos for ongoing use in marketing materials.

o Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards.

Digital Media & Creative Assets

o Design and adapt creative assets for social media websites presentations and promotional materials.

o Experiment with creative formats (short-form video reels animations GIFs) to maximize engagement.

o Stay up to date with visual content trends tools and creative best practices.

Project Management

o Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

o Coordinate with external vendors freelancers or agencies when needed.

o Maintain an organized workflow and archive of creative content.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Media Communications Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in videography video editing and photography (portfolio required).

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Lightroom Illustrator or similar.

Strong storytelling conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with motion graphics animation or 3D design.

Knowledge of social media content trends and digital marketing basics.

Videography/photography skills.

Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation tools.
