Your Impact:

We are a leading SaaS company in Food Tech processing millions of transactions daily and we are seeking expressions of interest from Analytics Engineers for future roles with us.

Youll be at the forefront of leveraging data for decision-making and business optimisation building scalable infrastructure and delivering impactful analytics solutions. What you will do:

Design develop and maintain data models using tools like DBT to transform raw data into structured analytics-ready datasets ensuring accuracy and optimal performance for downstream consumption
Build and manage insightful and reliable dashboards to facilitate self-service analytics for Product Marketing Sales and Operations teams enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing Sales Operations) to deeply understand their business needs providing actionable insights and deep-dive analysis to drive business optimisation and support strategic projects.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define data pipelines establish ingestion strategies and implement robust data governance policies.
Ensure data quality reliability and consistency through rigorous testing monitoring and validation processes proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
Propose and implement continuous improvements to the data stack enhance best practices and maintain clear up-to-date documentation.

What you will bring:

3 years of experience in analytics data engineering or a similar data-focused role preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Strong expertise in SQL with practical experience working with large datasets (experience with BigQuery is ideal).
Proven experience with data modelling and transformation tools like DBT demonstrating an understanding of data pipeline orchestration and ETL concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
A strong sense of ownership quick learning ability and a proactive approach to adapting to new challenges and technologies.
Experience with data governance testing and monitoring best practices.
Formal education in Computer Science Data Science or a related quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
Highly Desirable Skills: Experience with Python for data scripting and automation proficiency in a visualisation tool like Looker and knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP ideally).
