We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Continuity team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Amman Jordan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Business Continuity Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining comprehensive business continuity crisis management and disaster recovery programs across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the resilience of clients operations and enhance their preparation for potential disruptions.
We will count on you to:
Design and implement a robust business continuity management crisis management and disaster recovery framework tailored to the clients organization and sector.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and critical business functions.
Collaborate with regional and local department heads to develop update and test business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies.
Facilitate training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees on business continuity protocols.
Organize and lead testing and simulation exercises of business continuity plans to evaluate effectiveness and readiness.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Risk Management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
8-12 years of experience in business continuity risk management or a related field with a strong focus on the IMEA region.
Professional certification in business continuity (e.g. ISO 22310 CBCP MBCI) is highly desirable.
