ACHIEVEMOR a global force in career development and emerging technologies in partnership with AlRiyadah is seeking a passionate and experienced professional for the role of Master Trainer for our Professional Driver Training Program in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview:

As the Master Trainer you will be the cornerstone of our training program leading a team of local trainers and ensuring the delivery of our top-tier training. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills a deep understanding of professional driving techniques and a commitment to developing others.

Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of local trainers ensuring the highest quality of training is delivered
Uphold and enforce ACHIEVEMORs high training standards
Foster a culture of safety respect and continuous learning
Adapt and respond effectively to the evolving needs of our trainees

Qualifications:

Proven experience in professional driving instruction
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of driving safety standards and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
