Position: Water Cooled Chiller Technician We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Cooled Chiller Technician to join our this role you will be responsible for the maintenance repair and operation of water cooled chillers with a preference for those manufactured by Daikin Trane Carrier and York. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a deep understanding of chilled water systems including pump operation and AHU/FCU connections. - Perform regular preventive maintenance on water cooled chillers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. - Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot issues with chiller systems. - Have a strong command over chiller control panels and experience with BMS integration. - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on chillers. - Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service. - Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices for chiller maintenance and repair. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with water cooled chillers preferably with Daikin Trane Carrier or York brands. - Strong understanding of chilled water systems and their components. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing chiller systems. - Experience with BMS integration and chiller control panels. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs. - Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
