A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manage Customer Accounts: Monitor and maintain customer accounts ensuring accurate records of payments outstanding balances and credit limits
• Collect Payments: Contact customers to collect overdue payments negotiate payment plans and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Assess Creditworthiness: Evaluate and analyse customer credit applications and financial histories to determine credit eligibility and risk
• Maintain Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers providing excellent customer service while ensuring timely payment of debts
• Prepare Reports: Generate regular reports on accounts receivable collection activities and outstanding balances to assist management in decision-making

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in collections within the healthcare sector preferably in the government sector
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point Excel Outlook SharePoint)
• Familiarity with the Etimad portal and other client portals for submitting financial claims
• Background in reconciling customer accounts correcting invoices and processing them internally
• Ability to provide regular reports to management on the status of outstanding balances
