Tel Aviv Israel Full-time Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days)

Our client is a fast-growing HR-tech product group that blends AI automation and deep enterprise integrations to help global organisations improve hiring productivity diversity programs internal mobility and total talent management. The team works in short feedback loops values pragmatic process improvement and collaborates closely across Product R&D and Professional Services to deliver measurable outcomes. (Hybrid model: three days in office two from home.)
The Role
We (MateHR) are hiring an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives within Professional Servicesspanning process standardisation reporting/insights and the first customer implementations of new product capabilities (MVPs). Youll coordinate with PS leadership Product and Engineering to translate goals into clear plans manage risks and timelines and ensure delivery quality. For strategic pre-sales youll join discovery and solutioning sessions to clarify technical needs and shape the approach.
What Youll Do
- Define and roll out consistent delivery processes templates and playbooks across PS teams.
- Lead initial client implementations for new product offerings including data extraction configuration and hands-on setup.
- Identify and execute optimization projects; partner on internal tooling to boost delivery efficiency and visibility.
- Serve as a subject-matter partner on best practices for product implementation and process design.
- Support selected pre-sales efforts (technical discovery high-level design walkthroughs and Q&A).
- Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure alignment with stakeholders across PS Product and R&D.
What You Bring
- 4 years in external customer-facing roles around technical SaaS products including 2 years with global B2B clients (e.g. Professional Services Project/Technical/Customer Success or Account Management).
- 2 years leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience producing high-level design documents and leveraging product/configuration capabilities to communicate solutions.
- Strong communication and influence skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical aptitude plus hands-on configuration experience (e.g. JSON XML YAML).
- Working knowledge of query languages and databases (SQL/NoSQL; MongoDB a plus).
