Position: FMCG Application Support

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled FMCG Application Support to join our team in Cairo Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry and a passion for providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to FMCG clients using our applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs reported by clients
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance the functionality and usability of our applications
- Conduct training sessions for new clients on how to use our applications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates to ensure our applications are meeting the needs of our clients
- Document and maintain support processes and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG industry
- Strong technical skills and experience with software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer support
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position based in Cairo Egypt. The contract details will be discussed during the interview process.
