The opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced professionalsto engage as project consultant to be part of leading different project in Riyadh. Someone who will be part of various projects and ensuring the project detailed reports are completed on time and presented to the Manger. At the same time you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the FAAS team during a time of exciting growth through discovering new opportunities within the EY as part of the daily business. In this capacity you will work with our clients from the Government and Public sector and support them on various accounting operational and delivery needs

Your key responsibilities

As a consultant you will be responsible to assist in various projects and meet the objectives set out by you manager. While dealing with internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects. As a consultant you will aim to complete the task to ensure the project is delivered on time. Moreover you will adapt to the changes to meet the project scope schedule and costs using the appropriate methodologies.

Besides this you will also measure performance using the appropriate project management tools and techniques while also managing the relationship with clients and relevant stakeholders.

You shall also perform risk management to minimize potential risks to the project while creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Furthermore you will be responsible to track the project performance specifically to monitor the successful completion of short- and long-term milestones so you can report and escalate issues to project leadership when needed.

Skills and attributes for success

You should have decision making and problem-solving skills which includes logical reasoning creative thinking and the ability to untangle complex issues by communicating complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing so decisions can be made especially when they have significant impact on the project while ensuring that you should be accountable for project team adherence to EY or client delivery methodology and ensures any deviations are addressed.

Along been a team player you should be an independent thinker deadline driven highly organized and able to multitask so you can collaborate across the organization and externally so you should know to influence and negotiate project outcomes with senior stakeholders often across multiple functions while preparing and presenting analysis insights and recommendation to assist governance forums with decision making.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Master/ bachelors degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of power BI and loan management systems
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
• Bilingual in Arabic and English

Ideally youll also have

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
