In this role you willcoordinate and handle Operational product for Riyadh location including Loan Processing and Static Maintenance on local applications.
You will work with partnership with Operationswho providesend-to-end product coverage for Banking products including document support and product servicing with a scalable support structure that allows for high-volume through-put. The team has a strong risk management program tailored for local regulations and the technology platform suits end-to-end core product needs.
As an Operations Analyst in Operations you need to managedifferent components of workload internal reporting on daily basis ensuring adherence to designated deadlines and controls. Incumbent need to work with supervision and act on initiative to identify tasks and efficiencies to be implemented on the unit.
Job responsibilities
- Monitoring of transactions to ensure it is completed.
- To adhere to all established work and escalation processes.
- To escalate all exceptional processes and maintain their audit trials for record purposes Prepare weekly and monthly metrics
- Strict adherence to all relevant Process and Procedures.
- To investigate analyze and resolve complex customer enquiries/requirements to provide required solutions in the operating environment.
- Any University Degree with minimum 1 year of Banking Operations with up-to-date knowledge of current market practice.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills in is essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities daily ensuring adherence to all risk control compliance and regulatory policies
- Experience working within a matrix-style structure across team
