We are seeking aManaging Director (MD) for SAP Pakistan Bahrain and Iraq. This position is responsible for the overall performance of these market units driving strategic planning and execution ensuring operational excellence and contributing to the broader business planning process across the Middle East and EMEA.

This is a critical leadership role and we are therefore seeking a senior executive with proven general management experience in the High-Tech industry ideally within a multicultural and matrix environment.

The role reports into thePresident for SAP Middle East and Africa North.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Maximise the opportunity:
The MD will take overallP&L responsibilityfor the performance of the Pakistan Bahrain and Iraq market units. He/she will lead strategic planning efforts aligned to the overall EMEA strategy ensuring SAPs offerings are tailored tolocal customer needs and regional opportunities.

Drive operational excellence:
This role requires a disciplined structured approach to execution. The MD will be accountable for designing and implementinggo-to-market strategies leveraging solid operational metrics and ensuring excellence across all business processes.

Build and lead an A-caliber team:
The MD will ensure these market units havetop talent at all levels especially in key leadership roles. He/she will foster ahigh-performance culturebuilt on accountability collaboration and trust.

Lead across a matrix organization:
Beyond sales the MD is responsible for the effective operation of all business functions in Pakistan Bahrain and Iraq ensuring alignment and collaboration with regional and global teams. This requires strong leadership and experience in guiding cross-functional teams.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Extensive leadership experience in large multi-national technology or software organizations.
• Proven ability to build and execute large-scale business plans and transformation strategies.
• Deep familiarity with thePakistan Bahrain and Iraq markets including SAP customers and partners.
• Experience leading significant business transformation expansion or turnaround efforts.
• Strong customer and partner focus with a history of delivering results through strategic sales leadership.
• Minimum of1015 years in sales or general management roles with a track record of driving growth in complex environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications industry trends and market dynamics.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

• English: Mandatory
• Arabic: Strong Preference

EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree required
• Masters degreenot required but considered an advantage
