This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation in the healthcare sector. As a Medical Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals within your assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and ensure that our products are effectively positioned within the market.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors pharmacists and other key decision-makers.
* Organise and conduct presentations meetings and other promotional activities to educate healthcare professionals about our products.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products including their benefits features and clinical data.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
* Regularly report sales performance and provide feedback to management.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures including those related to ethics and compliance.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Medical Representative preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market in Qatar.
* Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
