Own and lead the end-to-end design process from research ideation and prototyping to final delivery.
Create wireframes user flows mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch).
Collaborate closely with Product Managers Developers and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
Conduct user research usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve UX/UI across Bevatel platforms.
Ensure consistency of visual language across all products adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
Champion design best practices and accessibility standards across all touchpoints.
Contribute to the development and evolution of Bevatels design system.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Design HCI or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and impactful product work.
Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Experience working in agile cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
