Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning budgeting and reporting processes while providing insights that drive strategic decisions. This role is critical to optimizing profitability pricing operational efficiency and working capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budgeting

Assist in preparing annual and quarterly business plans and budgets

Develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) presentations

Pricing & Margin Management

Analyze margins and review selling price adjustments

Prepare monthly performance presentations for business units

Cost & Efficiency Analysis

Calculate savings from initiatives and analyze OPEX

Review yield losses PPV and PEV impacts

Working Capital & Inventory Management

Support inventory and receivables optimization

Maintain landed-cost matrices and update inventory costs

Capital Planning & Evaluation

Participate in capital proposal reviews and financial assessments

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly flash reports and OPEX summaries

Ensure timely reporting of key financial metrics

Risk Identification & Mitigation

Identify financial risks and support mitigation strategies

Financial Modelling & Decision Support

Build financial models for pricing investment and business cases

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

Bachelors in Finance or Accounting

Preferred: ACCA CMA ICWA CA CPA

Experience:

1 3 years in a similar role

Experience in financial modeling ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and fast-paced environments

Skills:

Advanced Excel & data analysis

Strong communication and problem-solving

Knowledge of costing margin analysis and working capital management

Exposure to financial reporting systems
