ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Façade Draftsman to produce precise technical drawings and fabrication details for a wide range of façade systems including curtain walls cladding glazing and aluminum systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in façade design and drafting and a solid understanding of construction methods materials and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed facade drawings including plans elevations sections and details using AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Develop shop drawings and fabrication drawings for curtain walls aluminum systems cladding panels and glazing assemblies
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce coordinated facade drawings
- Work closely with facade engineers architects and project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
- Revise drawings based on markups and coordination feedback
- Assist in the preparation of materials take-offs and quantity estimates based on approved drawings.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation according to project standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes facade standards and client specifications
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Architecture Civil Engineering Drafting Technology or a related field
- Previous working experience in the facade works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Familiarity with facade systems such as curtain walls aluminum composite panels (ACP) unitized systems glass façades and stone cladding
- Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings
- Good understanding of construction techniques materials and installation methods used in facade works
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
