JOB PURPOSE
Implanted agent based in key account customers company.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional friendly and courteous manner.
- Customer oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- In House agent will be implanted at customers side (Usually key account company).
- Write AWBs at customers side.
- Follow up and update the customer for status of the shipments (Import and export)
- Holding good contact with DHL Sales of the area in order to keep secure and improve the business.
- Follow up DHL invoices in both DHL finance & customers finance.
- Working as team player in DHL for tasks like Mailshot.
- In addition to any other duties that are job related.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Competencies
- Good command in English.
- Good command in EXCEL Word and email.
- Communication skills.
- Attention to details and good listener.
- Flexible and adapted to changes.
Education:
- Bachelors degree
