JOB PURPOSE

Implanted agent based in key account customers company.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Act as an ambassador for DHL at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional friendly and courteous manner.
Customer oriented.
Good communication skills.
In House agent will be implanted at customers side (Usually key account company).
Write AWBs at customers side.
Follow up and update the customer for status of the shipments (Import and export)
Holding good contact with DHL Sales of the area in order to keep secure and improve the business.
Follow up DHL invoices in both DHL finance & customers finance.
Working as team player in DHL for tasks like Mailshot.
In addition to any other duties that are job related.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Competencies

Good command in English.
Good command in EXCEL Word and email.
Communication skills.
Attention to details and good listener.
Flexible and adapted to changes.

Education:

Bachelors degree
