ملخص الوظيفة
Visit client sites weekly to assess organizational needs challenges and opportunities.
Support and consult clients on OD initiatives such as org design workforce planning talent development and performance management systems.
Partner with internal teams to create and deliver tailored OD solutions and training programs.
Analyze client HR structures policies and practices and recommend improvement plans.
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and culture-building strategies.
Provide coaching and advisory support to client HR teams and business leaders.
Prepare reports presentations and documentation to reflect insights outcomes and next steps.
Represent the company professionally maintaining strong ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
3 years of experience in HR with exposure to organizational development client consulting or HR business partnering.
Strong understanding of OD principles such as change management talent development and culture building.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust with clients and influence decisions at various levels.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to travel for regular client meetings in Greater Cairo area.
