Job Overview
Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager/Director to lead our cafe in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of a thriving cafe business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
* Oversee daily cafe operations ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
* Manage and develop a high-performing team providing training coaching and performance feedback.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
* Control costs and manage budgets effectively.
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
* Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
* Manage inventory and supplies ensuring optimal stock levels.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a General Manager or Director within the cafe or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
