Foreground is partnering with a global events agency to appoint a strategically minded and deadline-driven Senior RFP & Proposal Specialist responsible for leading the coordination writing packaging and submission of proposals in response to government and private sector tenders in Saudi Arabia.

This role is integral to the agencys business development efforts particularly in a market driven by public tenders Vision 2030 initiatives and procurement-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs and tenders ensuring compliance with technical requirements deadlines and submission protocols.
Collaborate with strategy design production and account teams to gather relevant content and tailor each proposal to client objectives.
Draft compelling technical write-ups capability statements and narrative sections aligned with Saudi public sector expectations.
Oversee document formatting version control supporting documents and legal attachments.
Maintain a repository of standard templates project references bios case studies and compliance documentation.
Coordinate clarifications submissions and portal uploads in accordance with KSA procurement processes (Etimad etc.).

Ideal Profile

8 years of experience in proposal management RFP response or tender coordination ideally in the events construction or creative industries.
Familiarity with Saudi government tendering platforms public procurement norms and Giga-project documentation standards.
Excellent English writing and editing skills; Arabic is a strong advantage for bilingual submissions.
Highly detail-oriented organized and capable of managing parallel deadlines under pressure.
