Job Title: Gastroenterology Consultant

SHORT DESCRIPTION

An Excellent opportunity to join as a Gastroenterology Consultant for one of the most prestigious and top tier leading hospitals in Taif Saudi Arabia.

JOB SUMMARY

Take on the role of consultant in Gastroenterology at our prestigious hospital where you will lead the gastroenterology team provide specialized care for patients with digestive system disorders drive research initiatives collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and ensure the implementation of advanced gastroenterology services and protocols.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides high-quality gastroenterology consultant care to patients in this area of medicine.
Provide consultative service as requested.
Supervise fellows staff/assistant physicians and residents.
Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.
Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
Performs special procedures as privileged.
Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
Completion of required period of training in gastroenterology.
American Board/MRCPCH-Irish UK Canadian Australian & New Zealand/DES/CIS/ Diplome di Medico Specialist Italy/SCR Holland/Swedish Board/German Facharzt/Austrian Facharzt/CCST UK/Saudi Board/Arab Board & sub-board/Fellowship
Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required
A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience

Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in gastroenterology.
A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language

Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.

References

Positive professional references attesting to the candidates skills and ethical conduct.
