About the role:
We are looking for a committed English to Arabic freelance translator to collaborate on an as-needed basis for various localization projects.
This is a freelance position working remotely with no fixed hours but with the purpose of establishing a long-term collaboration with the right candidate for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
Translate and localize content from English to Arabic ensuring linguistic accuracy.
Maintain consistency in tone style and terminology across all materials.
Ensure the products final quality.
Review and proofread materials when necessary.
Perform QA on specific projects when necessary.
Requirements:
Native level of Modern Standard Arabic
Excellent command of English with a deep understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances.
Strong attention to detail spelling and grammar.
Commitment to delivering high-quality and consistent work.
Previous experience in localizing educational or eLearning based content is a plus.
Additional knowledge of UI/UX translation is also a plus.
