We are seeking aSenior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and cold calling.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.
    • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase Future Expresss services and value proposition.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    • Prepare and present proposals quotations and contracts ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
    • Close deals efficiently and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales preferably in logistics supply chain or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Good English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
