KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct As-Is analysis and document current processes (in English and Arabic)
- Perform requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders (in English and Arabic)
- Design and document To-Be processes
- Facilitate and lead design workshops
- Prepare Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
- Develop Solution Design Documents
- Create and demonstrate prototypes
- Perform unit testing and prepare related documentation
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Deliver end-user training (functional and techno-functional)
- Support data migration activities
- Offer go-live and post-implementation support.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Language: Fluent Arabic speaker (native); capable of preparing documentation in Arabic
- Experience: 10 years in relevant Tax systems / SAP Tax roles Digital Tax Transformation Mandatory client facing ERP implementation experience
- Certification: Technology or Tax related certifications preferred (e.g. DITT ADIT CTA or equivalent)
- Knowledge in using SAP tools like Signavio Process Modelling Lean IX Walk me preferred
