Position Overview
Our Graduate Program in Operations offers an insight into end-to-end processes of a cutting-edge global manufacturing company. It will help you to gain practical skills that are in high demand within the industry and beyond. The program offers accelerated development on the job and through other channels over the course of 18 months
It includes assignments across a wide range of manufacturing departments and divisions including Production Maintenance EHS Quality Human Resources Continuous Improvement (CI/Lean) Finance Customer Fulfilment and Sustainability.
Once you complete the program you will be eligible to apply for vacancies within your area of interest where you can continue to develop your career further.
This program addresses fresh graduates with a university degree in Manufacturing or Engineering.
Program details: 18 months- full time - Salary paid
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting the goals set out at the start of the program
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
- Participating in meetings workshops and other learning opportunities
- Observing and learning from experienced team members
- Gaining and applying knowledge of company policies protocols and processes
- Liaising with mentors project coordinators and other senior team members to evaluate progress
- Following all company regulations and health and safety codes
- Preparing documents and updating records
- Traveling to different locations across the region and participating in daily operations as required
Required
Experience and skills required:
- Engineering universitygraduate (Ideally Fresh or 1 year graduate)
- Clear communication skills curiosity and courage to ask questions
- Manual skills and ability to follow instructions and processes
- Proven experience in leading and directing others with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well organized and have a structured approach to work and study
- Openness to learn and apply knowledge achieving progression milestones
- Fluency in Arabic as well as English
