Job Summary
Develop the understanding and knowledge of the Service Engineer role in Tetra Pak by executing preventive & corrective maintenance; analysing and correcting technical issues with focused in customers operation efficiency; and participating in installation events.
What you will do
- Travel to customer sites to:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance troubleshooting and installations
- Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
- Train customer operators and support production efficiency
- Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
- Ensure compliance with safety food quality and reporting standards
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
- Maintain a clean safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
We believe you have
- Up to 3 years of experience in maintenanceservice or installation roles
- Education in industrial systems automation or process engineering
- Strong mechanical /electrical/automation knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
- A proactive customer-first mindset
