Location: Bahrain
Contract Duration: 12 24 months
Joining Date: As soon as the visa is ready
Salary & Commission:

Salary ranges from BD 300 450 (final amount to be discussed during the interview)

Performance-based commission starts after the 3-month probation period

Target-based commission structure:

Tier 1: 4%

Tier 2: 8%

Retail sales: separate target with 5% commission

The more clients you serve and additional products you sell the higher your earnings (typical total earnings: $1300 $2300/month)
