Speciality Waiter/Waitress French Brasserie
This position is responsible for delivering a high quality fast accurate and efficient food and beverage service to our guests ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained according to our guests expectations.
- To welcome smile and greet our guests.
- Suggest and professionally upsell food and beverage products.
- To serve all our guests and colleagues with fast efficient and accurate service.
- Attend and accommodate guests reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
- To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offerings available to answer guests questions.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
- Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained.
- Set up clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated promptly.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or a degree in Food & Beverage
- Previous experience in a fivestar hospitality preferably in a similar concept
- Knowledge about the PointofSale System
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities
- Basic Food Safety Certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
