As a brief summary we need an experienced Arabic speaker to join the HR team that has managerial/supervisory experience.

- Position: HR Officer
- Period: 12 months (extendable every year)
- Location: Head Office
- Joining Date: ASAP
The CVs should have the following:
- Gender/Age/Nationality
- Photo should be visible in the CV (professional photo)
- Education (should be clear please avoid abbreviations) (e.g. B.E. B Tech) we need the full description (E.g. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Masters in Business Administration etc)
- The latest work experience should come first followed by the recent work experience. The start and end date must be specified
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent experience in HR & Administration
Minimum Experience:
- 6 years of experience of which 3 years are in supervisory roles
Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic. (Arabic is mandatory for the role)
- Excellent organization skills capable to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels
- Good knowledge of MS suite of products especially Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Very good negotiation influencing
- Ability to drive change
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
