What Youll Do

As a key player in our Customs Brokerage team youll:

• Take full ownership of Egypts import/export customs processes.

• Deliver outstanding service to our clients ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Lead a team to meet and exceed KPIs driving operational excellence.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on customs regulations and international transportation.

• Collaborate across departments to expedite shipments and resolve challenges.

• Manage client invoicing accruals reporting and cash flow optimization.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance and uphold Maersks high standards.

Who You Are

Youre a driven detail-oriented professional with:

• A bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

• Relevant and proven industry experience in customs or international logistics.

• Strong knowledge of transportation and customs regulations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• A proactive organized mindset with a knack for problem-solving.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new platforms.
